Moving your date
Astronomy is weather-dependent and plans change. Moving a booking is usually easier — and cheaper — than cancelling it.

Move it rather than cancel it
With a week's notice you can move to any available date within 90 days at no charge. That is true even in the window where a cancellation would only return half your money, so if you are unsure whether you can make it, ask about a move first.

One free move per booking. A second change is treated as a cancellation followed by a fresh booking.
How to ask
Ask as early as you can. Message us on WhatsApp or reply to your confirmation email with your payment ID and the date you would like instead. A move is confirmed only once we have replied and confirmed it — a request on its own does not change your booking.
Your payment ID is in the confirmation email we sent when you booked, and on the screen you saw after paying. Quoting it is the fastest way for us to find your booking.
If a new date costs more
Rates differ between packages and, on some experiences, between weekdays and weekends. If the date you move to is priced higher, we will ask you for the difference before confirming. If it is priced lower, we refund the difference to your original payment method.
If we move the date
If we call a night off ourselves — storms, a safety issue at the property, or anything else on our side — you choose: a full refund with no deduction, or a free move to another date.
A cloudy sky is not a cancellation. Observation always depends on conditions, so if the sky closes in we run the session indoors — telescope walkthroughs, astrophotography theory, image processing and sky planning — and use every clear window that opens. We never promise a specific object on a specific night, and cloud alone does not entitle you to a refund.
